VISITOR EXPERIENCE: NUOVI PUBBLICI, CONDIVISIONE E DIMENSIONE PHYGITAL, DIGITAL ENGAGEMENT

Sessione IV – Nuovi scenari per la mediazione museale: cittadini-visitatori e nuove frontiere della sostenibilità 

Il panel intende esplorare la funzione educativa del museo nella prospettiva della trasmissione delle competenze di cittadinanza.  

Il profilo del cittadino-visitatore, quale fruitore consapevole che costruisce la propria identità civica anche attraverso la diretta familiarità con il patrimonio, assume in questo scenario una funzione-cardine nel rinsaldare i principi della democrazia moderna. 

 Attraverso riflessioni metodologiche ed esempi concreti, i relatori considereranno lo spazio del museo quale contesto di sperimentazione delle pratiche di dialogo, di riconoscimento e di partecipazione che possono stimolare il miglioramento delle condizioni di sostenibilità sociale.
