Ecoavvocato e docente universitario, dal 2019 è la Coordinatrice della Commissione VIA presso il Ministero dell’Ambiente e della sicurezza energetica che si occupa della valutazione ambientale delle grandi opere. Già consigliere nazionale del WWF Italia e Presidente del WWF Lombardia, oggi coordina il Comitato giuridico del WWF Italia.Svolge attività di formazione in diritto europeo e italiano dell’ambiente, per enti pubblici locali, parchi, forze dell’ordine, ordini professionali, come pure in corsi e master di formazione post universitaria. Autrice di numerose pubblicazioni in tema di diritto dell’ambiente, è membro del comitato scientifico della Rivista Giuridica dell’Ambiente;siede nel Comitato Etico dell’istituto zooprofilattico regionale della Lombardia e dell’Emilia Romagna ed è Garante per la tutela degli animali del Comune di Bergamo.
