Laureata in storia, ha conseguito il diploma di archivistica presso la scuola dell’archivio di Stato di Torino e proprio a Torino ha cominciato a muovere i primi passi nell’ambito degli archivi d’impresa. Una lunga collaborazione con l’archivio storico Fiat, ma anche con Telecom Italia e con archivi di piccole realtà imprenditoriali. Dal 2003 è responsabile dell’unità Cultura d’impresa e dell’archivio storico di Eni S.p.A. E’ Vicepresidente di Museimpresa, del Comitato tecnico scientifico di Anai e del Gruppo tecnico cultura di Confindustria.
