È direttore di ADI Design Museum – Compasso d’Oro, Milano per la cui realizzazione è stato Project Manager. Da marzo 2021 Presidente della Commissione Tecnica di valutazione dei progetti del Fondo Cultura presso l’Istituto per il Credito Sportivo. Da aprile 2022 consigliere di amministrazione Museo Diocesano, Milano. Dal 2022 membro dell’Advisory Committee di Human City Design Award, Seoul. Da maggio 2023 membro del Comitato Tecnico Scientifico del progetto “ART FOR 17 SUSTANAIBLE GOALS” di PromoTurismoFVG.

È stato Direttore di MEET centro internazionale per la cultura digitale di Milano. Dal 2002 al 2018 è stato Direttore Generale di Triennale Milano.
