MMC EDIZIONI is a publishing house that has been active in Rome for more than 23 years.
It was born initially as a generalist but soon chose to deal only with non-fiction focusing mainly on Rome, a capital city narrated in a particular and alternative way. The choice is to publish books that show aspects less examined by other publishers, but no less important to really know the city. In particular, three series dedicated to Rome are being developed:
“A spasso con la Storia” where elements of urban decoration such as plaques, inscriptions, sacred aedicules, fountains, clocks, etc. are analyzed in cards. These books are large format, accompanied by original photo reports as well as in-depth information. “Insights,” books on history, customs and linguistics that analyze particular themes or classical elements related to Romanity observed from a less usual point of view. “Mysterious Rome” dedicated to the dark side of the city, its ghosts, legends, prophecies.
