| Quadrivium Game, a startup founded in 2021, develops video games that combine entertainment and education. Founded as an app developer, it now aims for a new paradigm: to create products that enrich users and make learning engaging and enjoyable. This ambition drives the development of “Quadrivium – Paths of History,” a 2.5D puzzle-game for PC in which players explore historical episodes by impersonating different characters from the past to solve the mystery of a disappearance. In the game, the player will have to solve puzzles by correctly placing characters and objects in their original contexts to reconstruct historical events. Guiding him will be dialogues between the protagonists and “Verena,” an AI that will hold many surprises. Investigating the details of history allows us to learn about characters little covered in books and reflect on current issues such as the role of women and diversity. Our goal is to faithfully reconstruct the Story: an editorial team verifies every element of the game, from environments to objects to dialogue and power dynamics between characters. Every detail is taken care of to ensure maximum immersiveness and authenticity, leading the player to a complete and profound experience.
